2. Where do you ship?
We ship to most countries worldwide! At checkout, you’ll be able to confirm if we deliver to your location. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your destination.


3. How long does order processing and shipping take?

We process orders during standard business days (Monday through Friday) and all orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date. Orders are shipped the following business day after they have been processed (please note that we don't ship on weekends). 

Shipping times depend on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery estimates are as follows:

  • USA & Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 10-20 business days
  • International: 15-25 business days

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed and shipped during holidays and sale seasons. 

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.


4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 21 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@entutti.co.

13. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
